Serving Up New Changes on the Website
GEO-SLOPE’s corporate website
has recently undergone major structural changes and usability updates.
According to Paul Grunau, GEO-SLOPE’s General Manager, ‘‘Our updated website is
an example of how we are working hard to better serve our customers. Our
website is a key communication tool for GEO-SLOPE, given that we provide
support and information to customers in more than 100 countries worldwide.”
Microsoft Case Study
Our use of cutting-edge technology to develop a useful and secure
website caught the attention of Microsoft's marketing department. They chose to
spotlight our work to share our experience with other developers. The resulting
case study,

The first significant change is that we are now in the process of making all of your current license files available online. This feature is integrated directly within GeoStudio 2004 so that you will be notified by the software when a new license file is available.
From now on, when you purchase a new license, renew an existing one, when your perpetual license is automatically renewed every year, or if you are installing the software on a new computer and don't have your original license file, you can simply visit the website and download whichever license files you require. If your license is not currently posted on the site, be assured that it will be made available for download in the coming months, well in advance of the annual renewal date.
The second major change to our website is our new online store. You can purchase software licenses, or upgrade from older versions, as well as purchase copies of the new Engineering Methodology books. Now you can purchase your GEO-SLOPE products when it is convenient for you, and with the confidence of secure real-time payment methods.
Whether you are accessing your current license files in real-time, or shopping online at our store, we hope that the new website incorporates several time-saving features that will provide you with an improved visitor experience.
