New Release: GeoStudio 2007 v7.17
This maintenance release of GeoStudio 2007 corrects issues around updating license files
on Windows 7 and fixes a few bugs. If you are using Windows 7 we encourage you to upgrade
to this release; otherwise, check the
release notes
to see if you are affected by any of the bug fixes.

EU Geotechnical Modelling Workshop
During the third week of May our engineers and partners were in Haarlem, The Netherlands for a
European Geotechnical Modelling Workshop.
This was our second time holding this annual workshop in Haarlem.

The main focus of this release is our first step into internationalization, with an all-new
Chinese user interface! We thank
CnTech Co., Ltd.
for their invaluable help with the translation.
Version 7.16 also includes a handful of bug fixes, which are described in the release notes.

Banff Modeling Workshop
We enjoyed our best ever annual workshop in Banff the third week of October with
over forty engineers in attendance. This year's event was held at a new location
right in downtown Banff.
About half of the participants took us up on our offer of a more informal and
in-depth fourth day, when we looked at some advanced topics and were able to
have more one-on-one time.

New Release: GeoStudio 2007 v7.15
Version 7.15 continues our focus on bug fixes and stability in GeoStudio 2007, as well as adding
a few new features in anticipation of the appearance of Windows 7 this October. All v7 users should
benefit by upgrading. This release includes these key improvements:
- Bug fixes and stability improvements.
- Improved taskbar integration with Windows 7.
- Improved integration with 64-bit Windows Vista and Windows 7.
- Windows Search integration makes it easier to find your GeoStudio files on Windows Vista and Windows 7.
We recommend everyone upgrade to this release.
