Annual Maintenance

We offer an optional comprehensive Annual Maintenance program for GeoStudio. When your license is within its maintenance period, you get full licensing and installation support as well as basic engineering support. On top of that, you get immediate access to the latest updates, from new features to new major releases. Without maintenance, only only licensing and installation support is provided. Please refer to the Annual Maintenance FAQ for further details.

Expert Services

Our Expert Service is an advanced, fee-based service that provides access to our engineering experts for in-depth assistance with your numerical modeling and analyses.

Consider this service when you would like guidance in the development of a numerical model, or an objective review of a complex model to strengthen your confidence.

Our specialists will work with you to determine the scope of work necessary and present you with a proposal outlining what would be required for a resolution. The proposal will include an estimate of all fees and expenses, with the initial consultation session provided free of charge.

Retired Software

Effective November 30, 2008, GEO-SLOPE has officially retired all version 4 and version 5 (GEO SLOPE Office 4 and 5) software products and VADOSE/W version 1. GEO-SLOPE no longer provides hardware, engineering or technical support, or software bug fixes for the versions being retired.

Version 5 and VADOSE/W version 1: GEO-SLOPE has issued permanent license files with no end date for all licensed users. You can find your permanent v5 license file here.

Version 4: Please keep your Sentinel parallel port key(s) in a safe place as we can no longer ensure replacement. Download the installation CD-ROM and diskettes.
