GeoMedic is a troubleshooting tool that gathers information about your computer and any GEO-SLOPE products installed on it.

1. Attach any security keys before running GeoMedic.
2. Download and run the appropriate version of GeoMedic:
   
   GeoMedic for GeoStudio 2012 (3.1 MB)
   
   GeoMedic for GeoStudio 2007 and earlier (1.5 MB)
   
   
3. Follow the instructions in GeoMedic, saving the output file when prompted.
4. Attach the output file to an email to tech support.
