GeoMedic

GeoMedic is a troubleshooting tool that gathers information about your computer and any GEO-SLOPE products installed on it.

  1. Login using an account with administrative rights on your computer.
  2. Attach any security keys before running GeoMedic.
  3. Download and run GeoMedic:

    GeoMedic v1.06 (1.5 MB)

  4. Follow instructions in GeoMedic, saving the output file when prompted.
  5. Attach the output file to an email to tech support.
