GeoMedic

GeoMedic is a troubleshooting tool that gathers information about your computer and any GEO-SLOPE products installed on it.

1. Attach any security keys before running GeoMedic.
2. Download and run GeoMedic:
   
   GeoMedic v1.14 (1.5 MB)
   
   
3. Follow instructions in GeoMedic, saving the output file when prompted.
4. Attach the output file to an email to tech support.
