Because of changes to file system permissions on Windows Vista and Windows 7
(more specifically, because of User Access Control, or UAC), users of these
operating systems may have trouble updating license files.

The License Migration tool is a simple wizard that will move your license
files from their original location to a new folder that is more compatible with
the UAC restrictions. To move your license files, simply click the link below
